Assessments and Outcomes Data

Activities grouped under this component cover interim, benchmark, formative, and summative assessments and other outcome data related to student progress and performance. It includes collecting and reporting grades and progress on student work (such as tests, quizzes, projects, homework, classroom participation, or other forms of day-to-day assessments and progress measures). Additional activities collect data that links teachers to student outcomes, such as graduation/dropout data, individual education programs, and student portfolios. Longitudinal data about student grades and standardized assessment scores is collected, reported, and maintained long term.
